These terms govern your use of the Mahjong app ("the app"). By playing, you agree to them.
The app lets you play Hong Kong–style mahjong online against other players and computer opponents. Matches run on our servers; results, scoring, and rule enforcement are determined server-side and are final.
You are responsible for the device and sign-in method used to access your account. Choose a display name that isn't offensive, misleading, or someone else's. You can delete your account at any time inSettings → Account.
Don't cheat. This includes exploiting bugs, using automation or modified clients, colluding to manipulate results, or harassing other players. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules.
Experience points, achievements, streaks, and any in-game items are for entertainment only. They have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money, and may be adjusted or reset if obtained through bugs or abuse. The game involves no real-money wagering.
We aim to keep the game online but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change, and we may discontinue the service with reasonable notice where practicable.
The app, its artwork, and its software are owned by Climbing Cat or its licensors. You get a personal, non-transferable license to use the app for playing the game — nothing more.
The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Climbing Cat is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected on this page with a new effective date. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the updated terms.
